From family manufacturer to exporter across three continents

IGT Motors wasn't selling abroad. We executed its internationalisation end to end — market, own subsidiaries, technical certification, marketing and sales — turning it into an exporting operation across Europe, Asia and Africa.

The challenge

IGT Motors, an auto-parts manufacturer that started as a family business, wasn’t selling abroad. It wanted to internationalise for real — not “export occasionally” — but lacked the structure, the certifications and the presence to do it.

What we did (end to end)

We didn’t deliver a report: we executed the whole operation.

  • Market study and selection of target markets.
  • Opening international subsidiaries and a business structure across Asia, Europe and Africa.
  • Adapting internal processes and technical product certification, including technical design.
  • Structuring international marketing and communications: identity, message and institutional videos.
  • Commercial support all the way to the operation.
