What data do we process?
The data you provide in the contact form ("Tell us your opportunity"): name, business email, company/website, country, need and the text you write; and, optionally, volume/budget. Plus browsing data (see Cookie Policy).
For what purpose?
To handle your request, analyse your business opportunity, send you a proposal and maintain the commercial relationship. With your consent, communications about our services.
Legal basis
Consent (when submitting the form and accepting this policy) and/or pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Retention
For the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods; data for communications, until you withdraw consent.
Recipients / processors
We do not sell your data. The following service providers may access it as data processors: web hosting (Vercel), email and productivity (Microsoft 365), analytics (Google) and relationship/task management (ClickUp); cookie consent management (CookieYes). Each under the corresponding processing agreement.

International transfers
⚠️ Pending before publishing (Finance/legal): as of today there is no formal international transfer mechanism in place. If processing involves access to data from outside the EEA (team/partners in Brazil or China) or providers outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) must be implemented and reflected here before publishing.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent, by writing to contact@cbventures.eu (proving your identity). You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Minors
The site is not aimed at minors; we do not knowingly collect minors' data.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
