Do you only work with European companies?
No. We work with companies of any origin that want to expand into Europe, Latin America or China. We have experience with Spanish, Portuguese, Latin American and Asian companies.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on the type of project. A diagnostic is delivered in 5–7 days. A readiness plan takes 2–4 weeks. Real commercial results (meetings, opportunities, partners) are typically seen within the first 60–90 days of accompaniment.
Does CB Ventures only do strategy or does it also execute?
We execute. We are not a consultancy that delivers a report and disappears. We accompany commercial execution, help find and manage partners, and when it makes sense, integrate CB Digital for automation and digital presence.
